We offer a 90-day return policy. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To start a return, contact us at support@truecleanhome.com. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
Didn't work for you? No return needed. If the product simply didn't perform as expected within 90 days, contact us at support@truecleanhome.com and let us know. In these cases, no return shipment is required — you keep the product, and we'll work with you to make it right with a refund or replacement. This is our no-questions-asked guarantee.
Damaged or incorrect items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@truecleanhome.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will cover return shipping in these cases.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (once your return is approved) and place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may add additional delays. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@truecleanhome.com.
